Our fundamental approach to preparation of contract documents is one of precision in our language, based on the knowledge that our documents will form the basis of the contract between the Owner and the Contractor.
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Our team has been using the Revit BIM software for all of our project design development for over a decade.
Our team not only uses the BIM software for design coordination and development of Contract Documents, but our team members also have experience developing third party coordination drawings for Contractors, which aids in coordinating work prior to fabrication.
Integrated Facilities Engineering​
Our team recognizes the advantage of integrated and coordinated engineering design, especially for certain projects.
